USK Schedule

Hello to the new comers and welcome back to our alumni. It is February 6th and we are still adding to our schedule for the season. Our schedule includes clinics, symposia and trade shows. We have included links to get more information regarding the specific events. We hope to see many of our alumni while we are at these events.
As Hadley and I approach our fourth year (June 1, 2009) here in the Pacific Northwest we are feeling the loss of our boy dog Elton. We miss him beyond words. His passing has put a damper on our energy. However, we still love being up here and looking forward to teaching this up coming season.
Last year was a busy one with respect to video production. We completed Vol 5 in our "In Depth" Instructional Videos Series entitled "USK's Bracing Clinic - The Art of Staying Upright." This new addition to our series focuses on a fantastic progression for learning and teaching bracing. We believe it is easier to stay upright than to get upright. We are also in the process of doing more scripts for future videos.
In addition to our "In Depth" Instructional Video Series, we have now completed the first video in our new "Paddle Series" called "Paddle Hawaii, Kaua'i Day Tours". Our new series are video guidebooks. Visit the USK Places To Paddle Series page for more details.
We are still teaching all around the country. If your kayaking club or friends would like a specialty clinic or private lessons in your area, please contact us via e-mail or give us a call at 425-741-0960.
We will have a USK booth at the events with an (*), so please come by and say hello to Hadley and Wayne. We welcome your sea kayaking education questions or tell us about your recent paddling adventures.
